Changes:

Added menu system with some settings. Be warned, volume sliders are a bit dodgy. Still working on a fix for these!

Added some code to force ProtonScatter nodes to load foliage before the game starts. I don't seem to be seeing this on my end so please let me know if it works!

I've also embedded the PCK file so it should be much simpler to play the game now.
